You’re not alone here

A small group coaching cohort for successful women who are tired of leaking energy into everyone else's life and finally ready to protect their own.

$599 · 4 months · Next available cohort: July–October 2026

Who is this for

You’ve built a life that looks great on paper.

You're smart. Responsible. The one who "gets it done."

And yet:

  • You say "yes" when your whole body is screaming "no"

  • You replay conversations for days, wondering if you upset someone

  • You carry everyone else's needs like it's your full-time job

  • You're so busy managing other people's comfort, your own needs barely make the list

You've tried therapy, books, podcasts, maybe even an assertiveness workshop or two. You understand boundaries in your head. But when you're staring at your boss, your partner, your client, your mother? Your mouth still says yes.

It's not because you're weak. It's because your nervous system learned that being accommodating is what keeps you safe and loved.

The Boundaries Collective is where we gently retrain that system—so your body, not just your brain, knows that it's safe to tell the truth.

What Changes

What shifts in 4 months

By the end of our time together, you'll be able to:

  • Set boundaries without drowning in guilt You'll know the difference between genuine care and self-abandonment—and be able to act from care, not obligation.

  • Advocate for yourself without sounding like a stranger You'll have language that actually sounds like you—not a therapy script you found on Instagram.

  • Feel confident about who you are and what you want Your posture, voice, and decisions will all start lining up with a deeper sense of security and self-respect.

  • Communicate clearly and calmly No more over-explaining, apologizing 14 times, or sending follow-up texts to "smooth it over." You'll say what you mean, kindly and firmly.

  • Create relationships that don't run on self-sacrifice You'll keep the people who can meet the real you—and stop contorting yourself for the ones who can't.

How it works

The journey through eight sessions

Format & Schedule

Duration: 4 months

Calls: Eight 90-minute live group sessions (bi-weekly)

Time: Tuesdays, 7:00–8:30pm ET

Group size: Maximum of 8 women

Replay: All calls are recorded; you'll have access to the recordings for 12 months

1:1 Support: Each participant gets one private 60-minute 1:1 session with me during the cohort

Between sessions, you'll work with the Beautiful Boundaries Framework workbook, integrate what we explored, and practice real-life boundary conversations. You'll also have access to a private online community space to share wins, wobbles, questions, and support.

Step 1. You Join

You start by adding your name to the waitlist

When a new cohort opens, waitlist members get first dibs to join before enrollment is shared more widely. With only 8 spots per cohort, the waitlist is where spots are filled first.

You're not committing by joining the waitlist. You're simply saying, "I want to be the first to know when doors open."

Step 2. You Meet

You're added to the group and the private community space

Once you enroll, you'll be welcomed into a private online community space just for your group.

This is where you will:

  • Meet the other women in your cohort
  • Start building relationships with people who "get it"
  • Notice that while your circumstances may be different, the patterns underneath are strikingly similar

You don't have to be "on" all the time. You can lurk at first, share when you're ready, and gradually let yourself be supported instead of always being the supporter.

Step 3. You Grow

Move through the Beautiful Boundaries Framework together

Over 4 months, we meet for 90 minutes every other Tuesday (7:00–8:30pm ET) for group coaching sessions.

In sessions, you will:

  • Move through each phase of the Beautiful Boundaries Framework together
  • Explore where your energy is leaking, what beliefs keep you stuck, and how your body responds when you override yourself
  • Practice new boundary scripts, share real-life experiments, and support each other through the "I can't believe I actually said that" moments

Between sessions, you will:

  • Work with the Beautiful Boundaries workbook to integrate what we covered
  • Try out real conversations in your actual life (work, family, relationships, clients)
  • Share your wins, wobbles, and questions inside the private community for feedback and encouragement

Your private 1:1 session: Each member gets one 60-minute private coaching session with me to use at any point during the 4 months.

You can use it to:

  • Go deeper into a sticky relationship or pattern
  • Do a focused somatic session to locate where boundaries live (and get blocked) in your body
  • Map your personal boundaries roadmap for the next season of your life

Step 4. You Breathe

Leave with a new way of being (and a circle that lasts)

By the end of the 4 months, most women describe a simple but profound change: They can finally breathe again.

You'll finish the cohort with:

  • A new sense of self: clearer, calmer, more grounded in what you want and what you will no longer carry

  • Boundaries that feel natural—because they're built around your nervous system, your values, and your real life

  • A small circle of women who've seen you at your most honest and are still in your corner

Your access doesn't end when the calls do:

  • The community remains yours for a lifetime—a place you can return to for encouragement and connection

  • All call recordings are available to you for 12 months, so you can revisit any session whenever you need a reminder, a reset, or a little courage boost

Who is this for?

The Boundaries Collective is for you if:

The Boundaries Collective is for you if:

  • You're a successful woman—corporate professional, creative, or solopreneur—who everyone leans on
  • You identify as a people-pleaser (even if you don't call it that out loud)
  • You're resentful and burned out from carrying the emotional load at work and at home
  • You've tried to set boundaries before, but they quietly erode the moment someone looks disappointed
  • You're willing to be gently honest with yourself and try something deeper than "just say no"

This is not for you if:

  • You want a quick script without any inner work
  • You're looking to blame everyone else without taking responsibility for your part
  • You're not available to attend live or listen to replays and engage with the process
