Therapy often focuses on understanding where patterns came from. Coaching focuses on what to do next. We'll touch on origins when helpful, but the work is about building new responses your nervous system can actually sustain. Many clients do both—they're complementary.
What if people get mad when I set boundaries?
Some might react. That's not yours to manage. We work through the fear of that reaction so you can set boundaries anyway. Your relief matters more than keeping everyone comfortable.
Do I have to become confrontational or cold?
No. Boundaries are about honoring what you need, not punishing others. We work with your nervous system so you can communicate clearly without hardening yourself. Most clients find their relationships improve, not worsen.
How long before I feel different?

What happens between sessions?
In the Exhale Sessions, you have unlimited Voxer access for real-time support when a boundary moment hits. In the Collective, you have the community thread. The Boundary Audit is a single session with a clear action plan to implement on your own.
What if my partner or family doesn't support this work?
This comes up a lot. The people closest to you have adapted to your patterns too—your over-giving works for them, even if it's draining you. As you change, some relationships will shift. We work through how to navigate that without abandoning yourself or the people you love. Often, the relationships that matter most actually deepen once resentment stops running underneath them.
Can I switch programs if I realize I need something different?
