We only collect information that serves a clear purpose:

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. We use this to respond to your inquiry. Messages are delivered via email and are not stored in a database.

Free consultation booking

When you book a consultation, your name, email, and scheduling preferences are processed by our scheduling provider. We use this information solely to schedule and conduct the consultation.

Newsletter signup

When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address. We use a trusted email provider to manage the mailing list and send periodic emails about boundaries, coaching, and related content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Waitlist signup

When you join the Boundary Collective waitlist, we collect your first name, last name, email, and your responses to optional questionnaire questions. This information is stored in our database and used to notify you when enrollment opens and to help us understand whether the program is a good fit.

Client portal

If you become a client, you may access a protected portal authenticated by a secure identity provider. Your email address and authentication credentials are processed by this provider. Session notes, resources, and recordings within the portal are stored securely with row-level access controls and encrypted where appropriate.

Payments

Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your credit card number, bank account information, or other payment details on our servers.

Community

If you join our online community, your account information and posts are stored in our database. Community content you share is visible to other community members.

We never sell your data

Your personal information is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties. Not to advertisers. Not to data brokers. Not to anyone. This is not negotiable.

Third-party services

To operate this website, we use trusted third-party providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, scheduling, and spam protection.

Each provider is selected for its data protection standards and commitment to not selling user data. Your payment information is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant processor and is never stored on our servers.

Data retention

Contact form messages are not stored beyond email delivery. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Waitlist entries are retained until the cohort fills or you request removal. Client portal data is retained for the duration of the coaching engagement and for 12 months afterward, unless you request earlier deletion.

Children

This website and our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your consent.
